The story begins in 2012, during the Founder’s master studies at University College London, researching the perfect urban commuting vehicle.
When bonding two components of the seat post or bike fork we need to use specialist aluminium glue used in aerospace industry. The glue is extremely tough and resilient and capable to bond together aluminium in such a strong way that it seems to be welded. The components to be bonded need to be properly assembled and clamped as the even contact pressure throughout the joint area during cure ensures optimal performance. The whole curing process takes approximately 12 hours!
